Except for a few well-known synthetic materials like sandstone and opalite, which we always mark as synthetic in our product details, all of our crystals are completely natural. We're also happy to provide a certificate of authenticity on request, though an additional fee for appraisal may apply.

If you're not happy with your item, you're welcome to return it within 30 days after you receive it, as long as it hasn't been used and is still in its original packaging.
