All orders are shipped from China and will be dispatched within 72 hours of placing your order via air shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
The typical shipping time is 12–20 days, depending on your location. If your order is urgent, please leave a note in your order and we will do our best to expedite the shipment.
Free shipping is available for orders of $50 or more. For orders under $50 or if your address is in a remote area, an additional $12 shipping fee will apply.
Orders are shipped via carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, etc., depending on package weight. All orders must be shipped to a physical address — P.O. Boxes are not accepted.
Please note that orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Chinese national holidays. Occasionally, due to gemstone availability, shipments may take longer. If this affects your order, we will contact you via email.
